Meet Caroline Moreno
Co-Owner | Florida Certified Residential Contractor
Originally from Brazil, Caroline Moreno brings her background in logistics and business organization to her role as co-owner of WM Homes Remodeling.
For Caroline, caring for clients means paying attention to more than the project details. It means clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, and helping homeowners understand what comes next. A remodeling project is personal, it takes place in someone’s home, around their routines, and reflects their plans for the future.
Working closely with the WM Homes team, Caroline focuses on making that experience feel organized and personal. From the first conversation to the follow-up after completion, her priority is to help clients feel heard, informed, and comfortable asking questions about their homes.
Meet Matheus Moreno
Co-Owner | Project Operations
Originally from Brazil, Matheus Moreno is a co-owner of WM Homes Remodeling who works closely with homeowners to turn their ideas into practical plans. His involvement starts with understanding how clients use their space, what they want to change, and what matters most to them.
With practical remodeling knowledge, Matheus helps homeowners explore their options and understand the work ahead. He coordinates field teams, oversees project progress, and pays attention to the details that matter when work is taking place in someone’s home, from protecting the property to checking the finishing touches.
Throughout the project, his focus is on clear conversations, thoughtful solutions, and careful execution. Whether discussing ideas during an initial visit or reviewing the final details, Matheus works to help clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident about the next steps.
